TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE WEBSITE “RADUSHEV.CLUB” AND THE SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH IT
These Terms and Conditions are publicly available through the website “https://radushev.club” / “Radushev Club” and are provided in a manner that allows their storage and reproduction. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” or “Terms and Conditions”) constitute an agreement between the user and “DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd., UIC 205414459, regarding the conditions under which “https://radushev.club” offers the information, products, and services provided on or through “https://radushev.club” (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).
“https://radushev.club” / “Radushev Club” is owned and administered by “DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd., UIC 205414459, a commercial company registered in the Commercial Register with the Registry Agency. These Terms and Conditions shall also be deemed a notice under Art. 47 of the Consumer Protection Act. The Services are offered only if these Terms and Conditions, rules, and clauses contained in this document are accepted. If you do not agree with these terms or are under the age of 18, do not use “https://radushev.club”.
“DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. assumes the performance of obligations under agreements concluded on the basis of services ordered through the website before 10.02.2023 towards Trusted Trade LLC.
1. Definitions of Certain Terms
Users declare that they are familiar with and agree to the definitions of the following terms:
Website (or Site)
A collection of internet pages with a common homepage that loads in a browser when entering the electronic address https://radushev.club.
Administrator (of the Site)
“DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd., UIC 205414459, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
User of an Internet Page or Site
Any person (visitor to the website, potential buyer, promoting merchant offering products/services, etc.) who has entered the electronic address or accessed the internet page or site through redirection from another website.
Interface
A combination of graphical objects associated with program code through which the User communicates with the website in an accessible manner.
Platform
A set of conceptual, software, and graphical solutions constituting a complete product that provides an accessible environment for the User to utilize the opportunities of the internet space.
Browser
Software for a computer, smartphone, or other device that allows transmission, processing, and visualization of data through various data transfer protocols.

Information System / System
Any separate device or group of interconnected or similar devices that, through execution of a particular program, ensures automatic data processing.
Internet Page
Within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions, a separate and distinct part of the website.
IP Address
An identification number associating a computer device, internet page, or resource of the User in a way that allows its localization within the global internet network.
Password
A code consisting of letters, numbers, and symbols which, together with the email address, individualizes the User and serves as access to the User’s profile.
Username
A unique code of letters, numbers, and symbols selected by the User through which they are identified in their relations with other users and “DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd., UIC 205414459.
Registration
Entering personal data (name, phone number, and email address) into an online form and receiving a password for access and viewing content on the website https://radushev.club.
Newsletter Registration
Express consent for receiving current information regarding educational products.
User Profile
A separate section of the website of “DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. containing information about the User required by https://radushev.club, stored, used, and processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy and applicable legislation, accessible through the User’s email address and password.
Cookies
Small text files used in accordance with the Cookie Policy to store small pieces of information locally in the User’s browser/device to ensure proper website functionality and provision of optimal services.
Group of Companies to Which “DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. Belongs
(i) Any company in which “DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. directly or indirectly owns 50% or more of the shares or voting stock; or
(ii) any company that directly or indirectly owns 50% or more of the shares or voting stock in “DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd.; or
(iii) any company that directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by a company described in (i) or (ii).
Commercial Communications
Any type of communication sent through electronic communication channels (such as email, SMS, etc.) containing general or thematic information, information regarding similar or suitable products, offers or promotions from https://radushev.club or companies within the corporate group to which “DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. belongs, information regarding services in which interest has been shown, as well as other commercial communications such as market and consumer surveys.
2. Services Offered Through the Website
The website “https://radushev.club” offers free and paid services representing educational products for improving qualifications and acquiring new knowledge and skills. These Terms and Conditions apply to both types of services. Every registered user of the website has the opportunity to receive a free course. Paid services on “https://radushev.club” are provided after advance payment of the applicable fee.
3. Online Registration and Ordering
To use the services offered through “https://radushev.club”, registration on the website is required. The online registration procedure requires the provision of a personal email address, first and last name, and telephone number for contact. By providing this data, you declare that it is current and accurate.
The provided email address is the means through which you identify yourself on “https://radushev.club”, while the password is accessible only to you. If you forget it or wish to change it, we provide such an option.
The data you provide during registration will be used to offer personalized services and to contact you if necessary, as well as for sending newsletters and informational messages if you have requested them. After successful registration, you as a user may purchase a course after making payment through one of the methods listed in Section 5. Access to the course is granted through a link sent to the email address provided during registration.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
On every page of “https://radushev.club” where a specific service is presented, a specific price is indicated or it is stated that the respective service is free of charge.
Available payment methods on “https://radushev.club”:
- Bank transfer;
- Credit/debit card via ePay (without registration);
- Through an ePay micro-account;
- Via EasyPay;
- Installment payment through TBI Bank.
5. Issuance of Invoices
“DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. issues invoices only upon explicit request by the user. After successfully completing a purchase through the website, the user receives an automatic confirmation email. If the user wishes to receive an invoice, they must reply to that email with the necessary invoicing information (company/individual name, company number/personal ID, address, etc.).
According to Art. 113, para. 4 of the Value Added Tax Act, an invoice may be issued no later than 5 (five) calendar days after the payment date. After this period, the company has no legal right to issue an invoice, even upon subsequent request.
6. Order Cancellation
After payment has been made through the above-mentioned methods and a link providing access to the selected course has been received, cancellation of the order is not possible.
7. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection
The content of this website, including images, design, graphics, text, formatting, sounds, photographs, software, and other materials and information, as well as their selection and arrangement, are protected by copyright.
The copyrights to all content on this website and the training provided to you are owned exclusively by “Business Club Radushev” or by persons who have authorized “DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. to use rights over part or all of the website content.
All rights to the website content and the purchased training materials are reserved. Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, downloading, reselling, transmitting, exploiting, or using the website or any part of its content in any form or manner without prior written permission from “DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. or the relevant intellectual property rights holder is prohibited.
“DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. permits viewing and downloading website content solely for personal, non-commercial use, while preserving all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials. Modification or adaptation of the content in any way or use for public or commercial purposes is prohibited.
“DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. is entitled to compensation for damages resulting from use of the website in violation of its rights.
8. Changes and Amendments
“DIGITAL LIGHT” Ltd. reserves the right to periodically amend these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy for the use of https://radushev.club.

9. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
Bulgarian legislation shall apply to this Agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User understands and agrees that https://radushev.club may transfer all of its rights and obligations arising under these Terms to another company or third party that is part of the corporate group of https://radushev.club.
Any disputes arising between https://radushev.club and users shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if this is impossible, the disputes shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts.
